WALK
RUN
Welcome, runners! Whether you’re tackling the 22K, 11K, or 2.2-mile course, we’re thrilled to have you join us in this meaningful event.
New this year, our 22K is officially USATF certified and runners will receive an official 13.1-mile split time — a great milestone for those training for longer races.
No matter the distance you choose, your dedication helps bring awareness and support to our veterans. Lace up, push forward, and let’s make every step count!
RUCK
Ruckers! It doesn’t matter if you take on the 22K, 11K, or 2.2-mile challenge, you’re stepping up for a cause that matters. This isn’t just about endurance — it’s about honoring our veterans and carrying the weight together.
Choose your category: Lightweight (15+ lbs) or Heavyweight (35+ lbs). Participants must bring their own ruck, plate carrier, or tactical vest, maintaining the minimum weight throughout the event.
Gear will be weighed at the start and finish, with weigh-in 20 minutes before the race. Ruck weight must remain on you at all times.
Step up, push through, enjoy the suck and ruck with purpose — every step makes a difference!
WALK
The 2.2-mile walk, run, or ruck is an opportunity for participants of all fitness levels to come together in support of our veterans. Whether you’re running for a personal challenge, walking in solidarity, or rucking to carry the weight in their honor, every step you take makes a difference.
Ruck participants must bring their own pack, plate carrier, or tactical vest, ensuring it meets the minimum weight requirement throughout the event, with weigh-ins taking place 20 minutes before the race.
This event isn’t just about physical endurance—it’s about raising awareness and showing gratitude for those who have served. Lace up, step forward, and be part of something meaningful!

America celebrates the bravery and sacrifices of all veterans, both living and deceased. Veterans Day should not be confused with Memorial Day, which honors service members who have died in service to their country or as a result of injuries incurred during battle.
World War I officially ended when the Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28, 1919, in the Palace of Versailles outside the town of Versailles, France. Fighting ceased, however, seven months earlier when an armistice between the Allied nations and Germany went into effect on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month.

The youngest of the service branches, the U.S. Space Force was founded out of the U.S. Air Force Space Command. The Department of Defense forwarded a Space Force proposal to Congress on March 1, 2019, calling for a service that would fall under the Air Force in the same way the Marine Corps falls under the Department of the Navy.
The U.S. Space Force was established Dec. 20, 2019 when the National Defense Authorization Act was signed into law, creating the first new branch of the armed services since the Air Force in 1947.
